The ICMS Northern Beaches Campus hosted the “Game Changers: Lessons in Leadership” masterclass, featuring Paul Roos, AFL Hall of Famer, and Anthony Griffin, former NRL head coach. The event, moderated by professional boxer Renee Gartner, focused on leadership, resilience, and team culture in both sport and life.

Roos and Griffin shared their experiences, emphasising that leadership is about being a good role model and understanding individuals’ needs. They discussed the importance of creating strong team cultures based on accountability and boundaries, which can be adapted into the business world.
